The figures on this page come from Dr. Mehmet Sürmeli’s surgical logbook. The logbook is compiled from the official operating-list records of the hospitals where he trained and worked, and from the operation records of his own clinic. Every figure can be traced back to those records, and documentary evidence is available on request.

The figures count every operation in which Dr. Sürmeli took part as a member of the surgical team, from November 2005 to October 2026. A few periods have no surviving record, so each figure is a documented minimum. No patient information of any kind is included.
